Road in city closed
for maintenance
Hillside Road in Pottsville will be closed starting at 7:30 a.m. today for PPL maintenance.
Martha M. Herron, Regional Community Relations Director at PPL, said company crews will be trimming trees in the area of the power lines to prevent future damage. The road will remain closed until the work is completed today.
