Man might face
charge of DUI
SAINT CLAIR - A Saturday night incident that began in Blythe Township could lead to a charge of driving under the incident against a Saint Clair man, police said.
State police at Frackville alleged John M. Salata, 59, got into an argument with another man at 9 p.m. at the shooting range off Burma Road. When the other man left the range, Salata followed him extremely closely, police said.
Saint Clair police saw Salata tailgating another vehicle on Morris Street and stopped him. State police said they took over the case because the incident started in Blythe Township.
Salata was found to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested, police said.
