A 48-year-old Tower City man charged with exposing himself inside a Saint Clair tavern July 10 waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko, Port Carbon.
Daryel Dorsey, 345 E. Colliery Ave., was arrested by Saint Clair police Patrolman Joseph Leskin and charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
By waiving his right to a hearing, Dorsey will have to answer to all four charges in Schuylkill County court.
Leskin said Dorsey entered the Sand Castle Bar on South Second Street extremely intoxicated and was denied another drink.
During the next hour, Dorsey sat at the bar, then went into a bathroom, where he exited completely naked and covered with feces from his lower back to his shins, Leskin said.
Leskin said the incident occurred about 7:20 p.m. and Dorsey then walked out of the business and onto the street, where he was visible to numerous people in the area.
