Tamaqua Area
Allie Gerber, a Tamaqua Area High School band member, was selected to perform for the 2015 PMEA District 10 Band festival that was held Jan. 7 through 10 at Exeter Township High School, Reading.
The band is comprised of the best instrumentalists from a seven-county area of eastern and east central Pennsylvania. The ensemble was selected from more than 850 auditioning students in December.
