ORWIGSBURG - A Wayne Township man is headed for Schuylkill County Court after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on charges that he exposed himself to, and pointed a gun at, two of his neighbors in May on their property.
Ronald E. Kissinger, 58, of 1497 Long Run Road, Schuylkill Haven, must defend against charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier bound over those charges for the county court after Kissinger waived his right to the hearing.
State police at Schuylkill Haven allege Kissinger pulled down his shorts, thereby exposing himself, about 4 p.m. May 10 in his neighbors' yard.
After exposing himself, Kissinger then went to his pickup truck, got a shotgun and pointed it at his neighbors, police said.
Kissinger is free on $1,000 unsecured bail pending further court proceedings.
