TREMONT - A Porter Township woman sits in Schuylkill County Prison after waiving her right to a preliminary hearing Thursday on eight charges stemming from an April incident.

Lacey D. Sitlinger, 31, of 1528 E. Colliery Ave., Reinerton, faces two counts of aggravated assault and one each of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, trespass by motor vehicle, careless driving and criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge David J. Rossi bound over all charges for the county court after Sitlinger waived her right to the hearing.

State police at Frackville have alleged Sitlinger committed her crimes on April 19 in Porter Township.

After waiving her right to the hearing, Sitlinger returned to prison, where she is being held in lieu of posting $7,500, or 10 percent of her $75,000 percentage bail.

Other defendants whose cases Rossi considered on Thursday, the charges against each of them and the judge's dispositions of the matters included:

Kathren M. Adams, 33, of 104 E. Grand Ave., Tower City; aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, forgery, theft by deception and retail theft; charges dismissed.

Paul A. Fennell, 33, of 100 E. Colliery Ave., Tower City; bad checks; right to preliminary hearing waived, charge bound over for court.

Jacob J. Hause, 22, of 410 E. Wiconisco Ave., Tower City; conspiracy and driving under suspension; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.

Troy A. Richardson, 23, of 332 W. Grand Ave., Sheridan; terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and harassment; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.
