FRACKVILLE — Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers and Frackville police are asking for the public’s help in finding those responsible for a burglary that occurred last month.
Police said the crime occurred between 11:30 p.m. and midnight Oct. 20 at 1 S. Railroad St.
Police said a man reported working in his garage on his motorcycle, going to sleep and forgetting to lock the garage door. While the door was open, police said, someone entered the garage and stole a purse owned by his friend that contained about $500 in cash and a black VISA bank card with a balance of about $250.
The man also reported that his photo identification card and about $300 as well as $1,100 he had in a tool box was stolen, police said.
Schuylkill County Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information on the identity of those responsible for this crime or on any other unsolved crime in Schuylkill County.
Callers are asked to refer to case 11-06-16 when calling with information the burglary and theft in Frackville.
